Refunds
We never hold your money, so a refund is always the creator's own payment back to you.

How to ask
In Purchases, choose Request refund. Subscriptions: while active. Unlocks, tips and custom requests: within 14 days.
What happens next
The creator has 7 days to accept (in full or in part) or decline. If they accept, they sign a payment straight back to your wallet, and we check it on-chain. A subscription is shortened in proportion; a fully refunded unlock is removed.
If they decline or don't answer, you can escalate once. Escalations count in the creator's public record. We can act on accounts and visibility. We can't move money, because we never have it.
