Read this before you add money. It's the one rule that matters most.

Only you can open your wallet
Your wallet opens with your passkey, your 24 recovery words or your password. We store a locked copy we cannot open.
If you lose every way in, the money is gone
If you lose your passkey device, your recovery words and your password, nobody can get your money back: not us, not support, not a court order. Recovering your account by email gets you a new wallet, not the old one's money.
Keep your recovery words offline, somewhere safe. You can also export your key at any time and keep it yourself.
